Ottra are an otterlike race that tend to live near rivers, lakes, and oceanfronts.
They are mostly a seafaring race, experts in fishing, shipping, and with the rare tales of piracy and other tales upon the sea. They are a hardy and tough race, while being 3 feet tall on average.
They last a century on average, but the sea is a dangerour place even for them.
